Johnny Appleseed

An variant of the Rattlesnake using Apple Jack instead of Rye.

Ingredients Link to heading

  • 2oz Laird’s Bonded Apple Jack
  • 1/3oz Maple syrup
  • 1oz Lemon juice
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash Allspice bitters
  • 1 Cherry

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into the serving glass. Garnish with a cherry.
